Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

Business Operating Pulse (BOP) is a product of Zenith by Design. This policy explains what information we collect when you use BOP, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the BOP website and the assessments offered through it.

Information we collect

Account information. To take an assessment you create an account. We collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email address associated with that account. Your account is how your results are kept available to you.

Assessment information. When you complete an assessment we store which module you chose, your answers to the questions, the scores and patterns calculated from them, your completion time, and whether you viewed or clicked the link to the Zenith Business Clarity Assessment. If you choose to leave optional beta feedback, we store those ratings too.

Purchase information. When you buy an assessment we store which assessment you purchased, the amount and currency, the payment status, an order reference, and the email address used at checkout. Your card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Usage information. We record pages viewed and actions taken, such as starting an assessment or opening a result. This includes a random session identifier kept in your browser's local storage, which is not tied to your name or email address, along with the referring page or campaign parameters that first brought you to the site.

Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking. Google receives the fact that a signup, checkout, purchase, or contact form was completed, together with a purchase amount and an order identifier where applicable. We do not send Google your name, your email address, or your assessment answers.

Messages. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver your assessment and insight, confirm and record your payment, respond to your messages, keep the service working, and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to BOP so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email.

Cookies and local storage

BOP stores a random session identifier and a record of the page or campaign that first brought you to the site, so we can connect a visit to a later assessment. It also uses browser storage to remember whether a test session is active in your browser. Google Ads conversion tracking sets Google cookies in your browser. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings, and you can manage advertising personalization through your Google account settings.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that run BOP: our payment provider, which processes your payment and holds your card details; our website hosting and platform provider, which stores your account and assessment records; and Google, for the advertising measurement described above. Each provider processes the information under its own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep account and assessment records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can honor requests, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Usage and advertising measurement data are retained according to the settings of the providers that hold them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its assessment records. You can clear the session identifier from your browser at any time. To make a request, email us at becreative@zenithbydesignusa.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

BOP is a tool for business owners and operators. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make that clear on the site.
